Visiting faculty, Central Department of Poulation Studies, Tribhuvan University, Nepal. His research area of interest Gerontology, Active ageing, functional disability of older adults, mental health, lonelines, depression, abuse of elderly, social support. He compelted PhD (Doctor of Health Science), Department of Social Gerontology, School of Health Sciences and Nursing, Graduate School of Medicine, The University of Tokyo, Japan. (March, 2007).
